this product is a low odour, easy to apply water based paint. Decorative paint for furniture, walls and special effects. Provides a smooth matt finish, also suitable for distressed and vintage effects. This product is Designed for use on wood, and a wide variety of previously painted surfaces.
*Fill in cracks with a water- based filler. knots, water marks and rust should be suitably treated and sealed before the application of water marks.
*Application.
stir well before use. Designed for application by brush. Apply evening and Avoid over spreading. Additional Coats maybe needed depending on the surface of the application. Touch dry: 1 hour. Allow 2 hours between coats. do not apply in damp conditions or areas below 5 *c.

Exterior: roof areas, gutters, lead flashing, slates, asbestos, cement, metal, asphalt, old
roofing felt, bay window and porch areas
Substrates
A wide variety of roofing materials
New roofing felts (or similar materials) can be highly porous and friable (because of the green/grey
stone flakes on the top) they also contain high levels of bitumen, it is recommended that these types of
new surfaces are allowed to weather for a minimum of 6 – 8 months before the application of Roofix.

practical spreading rate will depend on the actual dry film thickness, the nature of the substrate, and the relevant
consumption factor. The physical constants are subject to normal manufacturing tolerances.

Application method: Brush, soft broom, trowel or spreader
Thinner: White Spirit
Cleaning of tools: White Spirit
Surface condition The surface should be stable, firm, dry and free of dust, sand, loose old
paint, dirt, grease and oil. Should not be applied in the rain or when rain
is likely. Pooled water must be removed before application.
