Data Sheet
Sealing / Priming
It is only necessary to seal a porous substrate such as new or bare concrete. A sealer coat is
achieved by adding 10% water to the paint. Please note any new concrete floor can only be
painted after 6-8 weeks.
Substrates
Interior and exterior (not suitable for all exterior applications)
Concrete, stone and wooden floors
Packing
5 litre and 15 litres (supplied as 3 x 5L tins)
20 litre drums (min order for drums is 12 x 20L)
Physical Constants:
Colours: Red-04C39 Green-14C39 Grey-00A05 Blue-20D45 and Black
Finish: Semi Gloss
Volume solids: 50%
Theoretical spreading rate: 10 – 12 sq.metres per litre
Flash point: N/A
Specific gravity: 1.20
Dry to touch: 1 – 2 hours (based on 20°C with ventilation/air movement)
Overcoating time: 8 – 10 hours (do not exceed 5 days for over-coating)
*The theoretical spreading rate has been calculated for the stated volume solids and dry film
thickness. A practical spreading rate will depend on the actual dry film thickness, the nature of the
substrate, and the relevant consumption factor. The physical constants are subject to normal
manufacturing tolerances.
Application Details
Application method: Brush or Roller
