Sealing/Primer
On new plaster a sealant coat is recommended, this can be achieved by thinning the paint by
10% with water.
Area of use
Internal wall and ceiling areas
Substrates
Masonry and plaster
Packing
5 litres
Physical Constants
Colours: White and Magnolia (special colours on request)
Finish: Matt & Silk
Volume solids: 48%
Theoretical spreading rate: 12 sq. metres per litre
Flash point: N/A
Specific gravity: 1.25 – 1.4
Dry to touch: 2 hours (20°C)
Overcoating time: 4 hours
*The theoretical spreading rate has been calculated for the stated volume solids and dry film
thickness. A practical spreading rate will depend on the actual dry film thickness, the nature of the
substrate, and the relevant consumption factor. The physical constants are subject to normal
manufacturing tolerances.
Application Details
Application method: Brush or roller
Thinner: Water
Cleaning of tools: Water
Surface condition
The surface should be stable, firm, dry and free of dust sand, loose
old paint, dirt, grease and oil. It is recommended to apply a primer
