Kitchen & Bathroom Paint is a superior water-based decorative emulsion that provides an
extra durable washable finish for areas that are periodically subjected to humidity and
condensation. Humidity and condensation can lead to the growth of mould and algae. Kitchen
& Bathroom Paint is an easy to apply product that ensures long-term protection from mould
and algae.
Sealing/Primer
On new plaster a sealant coat is recommended, this can be achieved by thinning the paint by
10% with water.

Surface condition
The surface should be stable, firm, dry and free of dust sand, loose
